Returns and Refunds

Please note that all items are “Made to Order”, there for please make sure your order is a definite choice to your requirements before purchase. You can request fabric samples to make sure you are happy with your selection.

 However we do provide a 14 day statutory Returns and Refunds policy, and to exercise your right to return you must, please notify us online prior to returning your product/s, at info@thefurniturebazaar.com

You can return any item to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided it is in its original, unopened, unused condition, we do not provide paper invoices due to operating within a paper free environment and all invoices are accessible through your account with The Furniture Bazaar. 


We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. 

Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description.

 When making a Return you must return with your details and simply note down the reason for return. Failure to do so may cause delays in processing your refund. All arrangements of returning and cost of return is payable by the customer.

 If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via recorded delivery. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange. However if you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.
