Here at The Furniture Bazaar we offer a free delivery service with every order at no extra charge (UK mainland only*).

*To maintain our stringent service levels a small delivery surcharge may apply to remote areas.

 

Our delivery days

Deliveries take place 7 days a week, we are always working hard to ensure you receive your dream bed within the time frame provided. In all cases, our trusted courier will arrange and inform you of the delivery date and time.

Delivery timelines

The delivery lead times are not guaranteed but can be used as reasonable expectation on when you should receive your order. We will do our utmost to meet our quoted timescales. Please note that delivery estimates differ according to product range and delivery location.

Headboards

Orders are scheduled and sent out for delivery directly after completion with an estimated delivery lead-time of 5 - 7 working days depending on headboard type and style. 

Bed Frames, Winged Headboards & Divan Bases

Our handmade beds can take between 1- 2 weeks, depending on the selected model and delivery postcode.

Delivery to remote areas

We offer free delivery to all standard mainland UK areas with an estimated lead-time quoted above. Delivery to remote areas of the United Kingdom will incur an additional delivery charge, with an extended delivery delay of up to 1 to 2 weeks. Any variance on our estimated delivery turnaround can be discussed at the time of ordering.

Considering access

It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home.

It is essential that you carefully measure where your furniture will be placed and consider the route you will take to get it there.

Receiving your order

Once we receive your order, someone from our team will contact you to confirm your order and advise you on an approximate lead time for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with courier and tracking information.

Our trusted courier will then arrange a delivery date and contact you via SMS or email to confirm. 

Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the furniture.
